IMMOPARK Žilina is an industrial and logistics park located near Žilina Airport in Dolný Hričov. The park area is almost 400,000 square meters. One third is built up and the rest is for further development. The total lettable area of the 3 existing halls is ca. 25,000 square meters. The current tenants are DPD, LIBEX, and DEMOS.
